1. Services and Estimates

Our towing and roadside assistance services are provided based on availability, location, vehicle condition, and other on-scene factors. Any price estimate provided (online, by phone, text, or email) is an estimate only and may change based on actual conditions, distance, vehicle access, and additional services required.

2. Dispatch and Communication

When you contact us, you authorize us to communicate with you by phone call, SMS/text message, and email regarding your request, dispatch updates, and service status. Message and data rates may apply.

3. Customer Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate information about your location, vehicle, and the situation. You agree to secure any personal property and valuables before service begins when possible. You are responsible for notifying us of any special conditions or risks (locked steering, low clearance, modified suspension, loaded vehicles, etc.).

4. Vehicle Condition and Property

Many tows and recoveries involve vehicles that are already damaged or inoperable. We are not responsible for pre-existing damage, normal wear, or mechanical/electrical issues that occur due to the vehicle’s condition. We will take reasonable care during service.

5. Cancellations and No-Show

If you cancel after dispatch or after a driver is en route, you may be charged a cancellation fee, trip fee, or minimum service fee depending on circumstances and distance traveled.

6. Payments

Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods may vary. Returned payments, chargebacks, or unpaid invoices may result in additional fees and collection efforts as permitted by law.

7. Website Use

You agree not to misuse the Site, attempt to gain unauthorized access, disrupt Site operation, or use the Site for unlawful purposes. Content on this Site is provided for informational purposes and may change without notice.

8. Third-Party Links

The Site may include links to third-party websites (for example, social media). We do not control or endorse third-party sites and are not responsible for their content or practices.

9. Disclaimers
